AWESOME new breakcore compilation from artists around the world. IM the only person reppin the USA on the release actually. lol i just find that funny. there are tracks by CDR, Shere Kahn, Sonic Belligeranza, Kamikaze Deadboy, and many more. all the tracks really represent what breakcore and speedcore are.
Here I bring you another random find of mine which has turned out to be rather fun to do. The duo of Monokle & Galun bring you this great album entitled "In Frame." A great post rock electronic album full of just what you need. This album was just released on this great net-label called 12rec.
Just the perfect album for a Saturday afternoon at home relaxing with your socks on. Electronic Jazz from 3EEM from a land of hills, wine and Some fog. This is the free download version, the CD is also available from the Chew Z web shop.
A fresh electro take on pop punk from Edward, one half of the "bubblegum rap" duo Baby Giraffes. If I could go back in time and learn how to skateboard when I was like 15, this would probably be what I'd listen to.
(My 15 year old alter self would be a kick ass skateboarder.)
Howdy partners! This is Phil from A Beautiful Lotus and ROBO! Robotica and I am here to bring you free music goodies for all eternity. I have been added to the Magicore family and I will try my best to bring you some of the best in free music. I will be posting on Wednesday's and Saturday's and maybe more if requested.
Here for my first Easter egg find I bring you "The Recipe Of Preparation" by Mother Of Gosh. This album has a little bit of everything for everyone all wrapped up in 50 tracks. Enjoy!
Anomaly is not your standard chiptune album. if it was, i would not be posting it. I have little tolerance for chiptune musics anymore, so it takes a very good material to catch my attention. This release's sound is similar to groups like earth dies screaming, the captain kirk on lsd experience, and bubblegum octopus. A fine combination of 8bit sounds and the aggressiveness of metal. thanks to A Beautiful Lotus for recommending.
i have a new EP out. its 4 remixes in a post-pissbass fashion. for more info on pissbass go to www.speedbass.net there are remixes of: [tlr], a beautiful lotus, LMS, and BennVirus. FOR NOISE AND BASS-HEADS!!
This is a brand spankin new slamming ass release full of squelchy shrieks, guttural howls, spastic breaks, and shredding guitars. The majority of the songs are really quality grind type metal. There are a couple tracks of the breakcore variety, which provides a nice variation to this mostly porno grind release. I really enjoyed all the creative samples used by the bands, its a refreshing change from your standard 30 second song filled with your normal grind cliches. This album does not contain those cliches. ENJOY!!!!!
Spirex are some tripped out psychedelic and brootal stuff. I don't usually put stuff up that wasn't put out for free by the band but since these were never properly released and the band is broken up, I think it's okay.
"Spirex were one of the greatest bands you've never heard of. They called Tallahassee, Florida home and in the mid-'90s they blew as many fucking minds as they did speaker cones. Just two terminally high dudes, Glen and John, with a ridiculous amount of cabinets, pedals, amps, and a wealth of spindly, futuristic riffs. John and Glen made much of the electronics they used from scatch, they were more like sonic mad scientists than any kind of rock band I'd ever seen. Spirex never properly released anything and never really played outside the southern states, which is why they aren't a huge cult phenomenon today. This is so fucking brilliant and ahead of its time I demand you check it out."
One half of the perhaps under-appreciated TRASH_AUDIO duo, Surachai has been unleashing all manner of calculated audio ordinance since at least 2007. His [co]sen_tasialbum "clarity in japanese" is one of the few chill albums I choose to recreationally listen to.
"Designed Deficiency" is the opposite. Combining burly metal riffs, gutteral screaming and weird synth sounds with great horrific effect, these four tracks will satisfy bloodlust of the brutal death-lord who lurks in the darkest corner of every magical soul.
Cool breakcore-ish 4-track release from Naboa, a mega-chill dude I met recently, who is rather involved with the So Simple scene. I say breakcore-ish because it's pretty hard to describe. Definite neat stuff though.
It starts with Software, where rebel robots bring immortality to their human creator by eating his brain. Software won the first Philip K. Dick Award.
In Wetware, the robots decide to start building people —and people get strung out on an insane new drug called merge. This cyberpunk classic garnered a second Philip K. Dick award.
By Freeware, the robots have evolved into soft plastic slugs called moldies—and some human “cheeseballs” want to have sex with them. The action redoubles when aliens begin arriving in the form of cosmic rays.
And with Realware, the humans and robots reach a higher plateau.

1.) A free music blog offering a eclectic variety of metal and electronica. The music on this blog is offered for free download by the artists, and is syndicated from various net labels. Currently posts are made by [tlr], tooth_eye, a.beautiful.lotus, Johan Ess and DCKR. *
2.) A style of music primarily deriving influence from various genres of metal, electronic dance music, video-game music, and Japanese pop music. Magicore albums are conceptual in nature and revolve around a science fiction / fantasy storyline, with characters and settings.
3.) A crystal imbued with magical power and used as a energy source for a golem.
* The music on this blog is not "magicore" music, because not enough magicore style music exists to write a free music blog about. However, we try to post stuff that in some way captures the spirit of magicore. But sometimes we just post cool free music.
